About Me
Randall C Wall has been with Equity since the early years (2005) when Equity was run from Brady's basement, his sister handled payroll, and the conference room was Starbucks & whatever restaurant was open. Randall says "It really is about the agent as I have closed close to 50 transactions a year no matter where the office was."
A true believer in agent success he has taken agents to six-figure incomes in their first year of business and helped some go from $10,000 in personal worth to over a million dollars in as little as five years by blending agent commissions with solid investing principles.
Randall has believed in this great company from its humble inception until today's multi-state success story. Equity is the largest brokerage in Utah and in the top 30 largest brokerages nationwide.
Randall believes in aggressive representation as a broker, "I am a working broker who believes that if you’re not active in the business you’re not very qualified to help agents who are.”

As a result, Randall's branch is made up of more experienced agents "We limit new agents to 15% or less of our total branch so that I can focus on my agents’ success." Many of Randall's agents are investors themselves or work with investors in all areas of real estate.
Randall has served Equity as their representative to the Utah Association of Realtors from 2010-2013. And currently helps direct the Equity humanitarian efforts around the globe. Equity agents and Randall provided medical service to over 400 indigenous people in Guatemala and helped build a school in a remote region of Alta Verapaz and were honored by the Vice president and Pro-Consul of Guatemala for our company's humanitarian efforts. They have supported orphanages in Morrocco and in places that churches and other charities could not get into the country with his connections in the military and embassies.

Professionally Randall served as President of the Salt Lake Investors Association for 13 years and has been involved for many years. Having completed over 500 remodels/flips and spoken live to tens of thousands and on the radio from Maine to Washington State on real estate and real estate investing Randall is an expert in his field. Training and investing abroad includes training investors from Greece, Spain, Poland, France, Canada, Europe, Asia, Quatar and South America.

Personal interests outside of real estate are humanitarian outreach and activities that serve others, reading, writing, fishing, shooting, movies & his personal favorite TRAVEL! Randall has a dog "Thor" that you will probably see with him that helps keep him grounded. Randall speaks Spanish fluently, and German slowly, swears occasionally and uses a smattering of other languages having served on active duty and living abroad in the US Army and as a private citizen during most of the 80's.
